Almond Flour

We use Almond Flour as a low-carb, high-protein alternative to wheat flour.

Why we use it: Almond Flour is (1) a protein powerhouse (1 serving has 6 grams), (2) very low carb (1/4 cup contains 2g of net carbs) and (3) heart-healthy (fats and antioxidants which lower cholesterol).

Nut Butters

We use Nut Butters as an alternative to traditional butter in our kitchen.

Why we use it: Nut Butters are great sources of protein and fiber. Compared to traditional butter, they also are better at reducing your LDL (bad cholesterol). Also, Nut Butters tend to stabilize blood sugars - especially helpful for our thousands of diabetic customers.

Egg Whites

Egg whites are a staple in our baked goods. They are a healthy and natural source of protein.

Why we use it: We use egg whites when baking in order to add moisture and flavor. Egg whites are also critical in maintaining the texture of our baked goods. All of our eggs are sourced responsibly.

Gourmet Cheeses

We use grass-fed, raw milk cheeses in a few of our recipes.

Why we use it: Cheese is an excellent binding agent. It helps us achieve the crispiness we need and you expect in snacks like Gold Fish. Even just a dash of cheese really improves flavor as well.
